Bodyguards now commonly known as Personal Protection or Close Protection Officers, protect individuals or groups from risk or any situation which could be harmful to the client.

The work of a bodyguard includes:

  • protecting clients from threats of violence
  • planning to identify and prevent potential threats
  • being constantly alert to react to threatening situations 
  • accompanying the clients on social and business trips
  • driving clients to and from venues.
